here is the selection of movies of the month. They are on display in the foyer of BDX-USA.

American Beauty by S. Mendes

The Burnhams are seemingly a happy family, an ordinary American family. However, the lack of communication and frustration make their lives fall into pieces. The father, Lester, falls in love with Young nad lovely Angela, her daughter's friend.Carolyn cheats on her husband with a real estate agent she admires and Jane, their daughter becomes close to Ricky, their new neighbors' strange son.

The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Redford by A. Dominick

More a historical movie than a western, the story is about outlaw Jesses James, who was regarded in the late 19th century as a Far-West Robin Hood.  Very young Robert Ford joins his gang and tries to become "sombebody" and the initial friendship will turn into bitter rivalry.

The movie focuses on the last months of James as he becomes more and more paranoid and yet maintains a difficult Relationship with Ord, his would-be murderer.
