Sunday 19th of June, 4:00 pm: "Why Not Judy Chicago ?" at the CAPC


Dear all,

BDX-USA will visit the exhibition at the CAPC about the feminist artist Judy Chicago. Join us and discover more about the creator of the famous "Dinner Party", an "installation" as they say in the world of contemporary art that depicts all the women who played an influential role in History, whatever they really existed or were legendary.

Even if, the "Dinner Party" won't be at the CAPC, there are many other works to come and see.



WHAT: exhibition of one of the most major feminist American artist, Judy Chicago,

WHERE: in the hall of the CAPC (tram stop CAPC - Line B),

WHEN: June, 19th at  4:00 pm, meeting in the hall at 3:45

FEE: €6,50 or 3,50 if it's a group of 10 people

Judy Chicago and her work "The Dinner Party"


Judy Chicago is an artist, author, feminist, educator, and intellectual whose career now spans five decades. Her influence both within and beyond the art community is attested to by her inclusion in hundreds of publications throughout the world. Her art has been frequently exhibited in the United States as well as in Canada, Europe, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. In addition, a number of the books she has authored have been published in foreign editions, bringing her art and philosophy to readers worldwide.
